Pam Barrier - President/CEO

Pam received her BA from Ohio University in Sociology and Criminology and later received her master’s in Theology from Life Christian University.  She worked for the Department of Social Services for over 10 years where she started out as a technician supervising family visits and taking foster care children to appointments.  This is when she found her passion to work with children in foster care and help rebuild families that were in crisis.  She worked as a social worker in foster care and adoptions and eventually she became a supervisor.  Pam came to Triad Treatment Homes in 2005 as a clinical supervisor and foster parent trainer. In 2017 she became Executive Director.  In 2022 Pam was honored to become the President and CEO of Triad Treatment Homes. 

Pam has been married to her husband Shon for over 25 years and has three children ages 23, 20, and 17.  She is an active member in the community by volunteering at the Community Theater of Greensboro and Renaissance Church. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, Disney World, watching musical theater and spending time with her family and friends.

Meet the Team

  • Noelle Fogg - QMHP/Trainer

    Noelle graduated from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania with a BS in Psychology and a desire to work in community mental health services. She has had a wide range of professional experiences throughout her career including direct service, management, training, and supervision with a focus on supporting kids and adults with developmental and/or mental health needs in the home, school, or community setting. In her current role as a family caseworker, she feels it is important to build relationships and have a positive mindset along with positive behavior management skills.

  • Tasha (Hall) Wilson - QMHP

    Tasha graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Psychology. Subsequently, she obtained an MSW from the JMSW Program at UNCG and NCA&T. Tasha worked as a Foster Care Social Worker with the Randolph County Department of Social Services for approximately 11 years. She has an extensive amount of experience working with children and families as an LCSW providing outpatient therapy.

    Tasha joined the Triad Treatment Homes Family in 2010 and she continues to provide clinical supervision and oversight to therapeutic foster parents. Working with children and families is my passion. I believe that it is essential that foster parents receive clinical support to ensure that they are adequately meeting the individualized needs of the children that we serve.

  • Ginger Gooding - QMHP

    Ginger graduated from UNCG with a BSW in Social Work. After she graduated, she worked at Guilford County Deptartment of Social Services for 10 years, mostly as a foster care social worker. She also worked at the Guilford Co. Health Dept. for 22 years providing case management to women with high-risk pregnancies. In 2012 she came to Triad Treatment Homes where she provides clinical supervision for therapeutic foster parents. She has also licensed and trained many of our foster parents. Ginger states that she loves working with foster parents because they are frontline heroes in child welfare!

  • Jacqueline Herron - MPS/Compliance Officer/Billing

    Jacqueline graduated with a BA in Psychology and a BA in Theology from Alvernia University. She received a Master of Pastoral Studies from Loyola University. Her greatest accomplishments are her 3 grown children - Zachary, Rosemary and Anna.

    Jacqueline has been working with Triad Treatment Homes for 20 years. She was brought on board as our Corporate Compliance Officer and has since been a part of the CARF accreditation as well as external and internal audits. Jacqueline currently also works as our billing specialist and office manager.

  • Jaye Pierce - QMHP/Health & Safety Officer

    Jaye has been working as a social worker in the foster care system since she completed the graduate program at Boston College in 1998. She started her professional career in family preservation while living in Philadelphia but moved to Greensboro in 2001 and has been working here ever since. Jaye joined Triad Treatment Homes in 2003 and helmed the company until taking a break to raise her children. She worked as an Adoption Specialist part time and now is grateful to be back in foster care. She loves to sing and perform and teaches music to babies and toddlers in the Triad.

  • Cindy Rothrock

    Cindy Rothrock

    Cindy received her BA from High Point University in Human Relations with a concentration in Social Work. In the past, she worked for the Department of Social Services in Davidson County as a Foster Care/Adoptions Social Worker. She also worked for a private foster care agency.

    In 2003, Cindy changed careers and went to work for Davidson County Schools as a School Readiness Specialist/Parent Educator. She retired from the school system in 2021. Cindy came to Triad Treatment Homes in February of 2023.

    Cindy has been married to her husband, Robbie, for 27 years and has two adult children. She is a member of Shady Grove Church. She loves spending time with her family. Her two-year-old grandson is the light of her life. She also enjoys being outside and is always up for an outing. She loves the beach and the mountains, especially Banner Elk, NC. That is her happy place.

  • Munir Mohammed/Syidah Mateen

    Syidah and Munir have been Therapeutic Foster Parents with Triad Treatment Homes for the last 12 years and they are the facilitators for our Foster Parent Support Group. Munir has a BSW and MS in Human Services along with 25 plus years working with Residential Level III and other residential service areas. Syidah holds a degree in Information Technology and has worked in the field of Radiology for the last 32 years. They both also provide foster parent training, including EBPI, through the eyes of a social worker as well as a foster and adoptive parent. They have extensive knowledge in working with therapeutic foster children.

    Syidah and Munir are well known for delivering quality care via an open, honest and candid approach. They are well respected by the families, clients and other human service professionals that they work with.

    Syidah and Munir have adopted two teenage boys and have two biological children.
